Syte Wants Us To Open Up and “Feel It All” Through New Track

Syte, meaning “eyes” in Albanian, is a band currently based out of Prishtina, Kosovo. Their electro-pop track “Feel It All” is a story of self-awareness and riding a dream until your ego is surrendered. Allowing the music or whatever your art is to flow through you naturally. In a way I find this song to be a representation of how Syte came to be.

The band was initially a duo called Playmates, consisting of vocalist Nita Kaja and producer/synth player Drin Tashi. Who met in the summer of 2016. Eventually, bass player Fatlind Ferati and drummer Granit Havolli joined in. Therefore, giving us Syte, who marked their debut with the 2018 self-titled EP. The reason I feel their sing “Feel It All” represents the band is because it takes a lot of self of awareness, understanding, and a surrendering of your ego a little bit to bring on more people to take the spotlight away from you. We may not always be aware of it, but jealousy is an evil thing that can lay quiet. (Not saying there is jealousy within the group.) Their cohesion and ability to create tracks like this is why I believe they have that self-awareness to not fall into that trap and to just feel the music.
