This summer sure has been filthy for rappers and musicians coming out of the Pacific North West! Much of the attention has been on Seattle’s up and coming talent but lets not forget about Portland down south. It’s been a busy summer for one of Portland’s best young stars. Tope has been collaborating with artists everywhere, finishing up his new album, performing across the NW, and filming the latest episode of his day in the life web series – TROUBLE VISION.
Tope recently opened for the legendary NYC Producer/MC El-P as part of Musicfest NW 2014. Videographer Connor Limbocker aka FILTHIEST was on hand to capture some of the action and give an inside look to the Tope formula with in-studio and behind the scenes footage. Now is the perfect time to start paying attention to the supreme talent coming out of Portland and the rest of the north west.
