Forget Simon, Paula and Randy. Portland’s own Trox and Cassow have launched their “Who Got It” Competition and are looking for that one un-known hip hop artist who has a talent that deserves to be heard. It’s this easy: You pay the entrance fee, download the track from Cassow’s SoundCloud, record your verse and submit it for consideration! One lucky winner will receive a feature on a track with Cassow and Trox, as well as a single song deal with Trox, who shared, “we’re just looking to give people an opportunity. There’s someone out there we’ve never heard of that’s really got that fire.” This is your chance to work with two artists who know what they’re doing. Trox has a history of producing for 50 Cent, Royce da 5’9″, Freeway and many more, and Cassow has worked with Danny Brown, Smoke DZA, Jake One and more.
