He flips the story line on Cardi B’s single and confessing his guilty vices. A self-proclaimed ladies man who accepts his own actions by turning a heartbreak song into a players anthem. Additionally, the song goes against the grain and counters Cardi B’s version. An accepted ideal is that Troy’s is able to replace any girl trying to hold him down. A catchy clap back and demonstrating a male perspective which had not been previously seen on this track.
