R&B has been missing a popular female group for several years until now with Volume 4. With the TLCs, SWVs, Xscapes, and more, it has been a long period of time since Destiny’s Child that R&B has discovered a great female group. Volume 4 is a group of four girls that come from all across the U.S. by joining each other in harmony.
Volume 4 is an edgy, sultry, and creative group consisting of Brittany “Janelle Gee” Garcia, Tamia “Frenchiee” Corpening, Karissa “K.Riss” Hayden, and Diera “DK” Taylor. Signed to EMPIRE, Volume 4 dropped two new singles titled “Body Work” and “Catch A Vibe.” On both songs they showcase their natural artistic abilities from start to finish. They also stick with catchy hooks, creative melodies, and song structures to deliver an amazing performance of trendy originals. Listen to the singles below!
Volume 4 – “Body Work”
Volume 4 – “Catch A Vibe”
Arriving in music at a perfect time, Volume 4 is driving fast to the top of the charts as the lane is currently wide open for them with the absence of other popular female groups. They have been very busy lately on their campaign as they sung the National Anthem, performed in showcases for several major labels, and performed at the Carolina Music Awards. It’s only a matter of time before the entire world has the new group’s fever.
Different from Fifth Harmony, Destiny Child, and several others, Volume 4 keeps a vintage R&B sound that’s flourished throughout the 90’s radio. Preaching love, empowerment, and owning your confidence, they practice self-love on majority of their songs as they express themselves on various levels. Social media is in love with them as they have accumulated over 18,000 followers and skyrocketed as the singles have made the airwaves.
