Wale’s latest tour “Wow… That’s Crazy” came through the Fonda Theater Thursday evening with a few special guests to help him out. Joining him on the stop was Eric Bellinger, 6lack, and Chase Young, a leading college football player for the Ohio State Buckeyes and potential number one overall pick in the NFL’s upcoming draft. The star-studded event was accompanied by Wale’s DJ, DJ Money, who appropriately got the Fonda Theater jumping before the headliner came through to close up shop.
The crowd was excited, rowdy and was letting loose. Wale arrived on stage and people went nuts. He played throwbacks and touched on hit songs off his latest album like “On Chill” featuring Jeremih, “Expectations” featuring 6lack, and Ambition, one of his best classic songs.
Wale’s welcoming and caring energy shined brightly the entire evening, which allowed the audience to loosen up and have a better time. As an OG in the rap game, he effortlessly graced the stage with his musical talent, which made it a great night, to say the least.
