Wu-Tang Clan and Nas To Hit Six Canadian Stops On N.Y. State of Mind Tour

Wu-Tang Clan and Nas are heading to six Canadian cities while on their extended N.Y. State of Mind Tour. Winnipeg, Manitoba is almost the center stage for this year’s North American leg of the tour, coming up just after the halfway point on October 10. We’re thankful to see the second leg of this tour go from one stop in Toronto during the 2022 tour, to flourishing into coast-to-coast capitol city appearances this year.

It’s obvious Canadians love hip-hop and some of us can get down with whatever. If you’ve ever listened to anything from these co-headliners, then you know this tour is selling out just like the last one did.

The Whole Damn Show Ain’t Nothing to Fuck With!

This is the fourth decade that these artists have been lighting up mics and dropping ‘em hot for the entourage. Wu-Tang Clan jumped into the rap scene beginning in 1993 as the first multi-rapper nine-member crew. Over the years, they have topped the charts as a one-of-a-kind team with each member producing solo albums on top of the collective albums as the Wu. Together, they launched Wu-Wear clothing line and have an extensive line of merchandise today. Forty years later they’re shows still sell out to families around the world.

Nas is the knowledge boss and has most recently, released his latest album King’s Disease III. Similar to the ways of the Wu he is also no stranger to believing in the dream and building bigger things.

N.Y. State of Mind Tour Stops in Canada

The N.Y. State of Mind tour travel map has new adventures marked out in Australia, New Zealand, and all across Europe. Canada will welcome these wizards of the music, fashion, and cannabis industries at multiple stops from coast to coast.

Sun Oct 01 – Toronto, ON – Scotiabank Arena

Mon Oct 02 – Laval, QC – Place Bell

Tue Oct 10 – Winnipeg, MB – Canada Life Centre

Fri Oct 13 – Edmonton, AB – Rogers Place

Sat Oct 14 – Calgary, AB – Scotiabank Saddledome

Mon Oct 16 – Vancouver, BC – Rogers Arena

I’ll be attending the show in Winnipeg at the Canada Life Centre, which is set to light 2023 music events in Manitoba on fire! Visitors to Manitoba’s capital might enjoy a walk through the exchange market while in town. If you’re looking to fill some bellies and reload a stash, it’s a short stroll over to Fiddler’s Green Cannabis Co. on King Street and you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants to stop at on the way.

You know TobaGrown Cannabis and the Toba Rolling Syndicate keep the local shops supplied with BIPOC cannabis from Natural Earth, Upryze, and The Legacy Market. Shopping in the West keeps it real at Flint and Embers. If you hit the city from the East, then it’s the canna culture beast Cannacity Dispensary.

Tickets are on sale now for the North American tour including all Canadian shows.
