Local artist Young Neves is back making moves, this time releasing “New Levels” with The Game on the intro. Currently living in Boise, Neves has stayed one of the most consistent stand-out artists in the PNW. Young Neves is always leveling up whether it be flying to Hawaii to film a video or performing with some of the biggest names in hip-hop across the country.
“New Levels” is exactly what it sounds like. Young Neves is out here on a mission to keep reaching these new levels on his climb to the top. He taps in with The Game who threw down a quick intro that adds just that extra bit of clout to the track.

Keeping up with expectations, “New Levels” is another storyboard of a track from Young Neves. With symbolism and imagery in every bar, Neves has cemented himself as one of the better lyricists from the PNW. His beats are fire but what’s most dope about him is his focus on storytelling as opposed to a catchy flash in the pan.
With tracks like “Time Will Tell,” “Change,” and others being released in the last several months, one can’t help but wonder if Neves is in album mode. The conscious rapper hasn’t dropped a full project in a minute. But, his are ones I would have downloaded day of. A nice change up from the hype party vibes that even chill music seems to follow along with nowadays, Young Neves will fit right into any playlist.
