Ever since she could remember, Zaritza spent most of her childhood playing and practicing the classical piano. She won several piano competitions and received numerous awards for her talents. As she grew older she started writing her own songs and began taking things seriously. Eventually she started recording her own music! All of this was during her time as a student at a university in Russia. Heavily influenced by rock and pop, she has maintained her Russian and piano roots. Inspired by the greats such as Radiohead, Rachmaninoff, to Massive Attack and more, eventually, Zaritza made way to the United States to pursue a career in music. While in America, she has grown into the woman that she is today; performing live at music clubs, opening for orchestras and even having the chance the share her life story in a TEDx conference. In her latest piece of work, which is the release of a video for her high energy rock and pop song, ‘Diseased’ hits hard on the feelings of obsessive love and the freedom of letting go.
