In the middle of Beacon Hill lies the Clock-Out Lounge, a family-friendly, pizza loving venue that aims to be a prominent community gathering space. They book all kinds of artists, opening their doors with open arms to anybody and everybody to throw a variety of types of events. This will be the send-off location for the final night of the 2023 Seattle World Tour! Coming up on Saturday, June 10, SWT co-founders, All Star Opera will headline alongside, Chinese American Bear, Frond, and Nobi.

One of my favorite things about Clock-Out Lounge is the ample amount of seating available. There’s a bench that runs the length of a wall, with tables and chairs in the back to sit down and enjoy yourself without killing your feet. Sadly, Breezy Town Pizza– who has been serving up pies at Clock-Out will be leaving on June 14. They’re planning on focusing on their Windy City Pie location in Phinney Ridge. That being said, grab a slice to commemorate Breezy’s time at the Clock-Out Lounge.
Even though those luscious pizza smells will be blowing away in the breeze, the music is always just as delicious. Not only that, but it’s incredibly easy to see the stage. No promises that a super tall person won’t block your view, but since the stage is raised, you can get a great view no matter where you’re at in the venue. Overall, the Clock-Out Lounge is a cozy, community-focused venue. The Seattle World Tour couldn’t be happier to be ending the tour with our friends in the Soufend.

Seattle World Tour 2023 Night Five Lineup
All Star Opera
Seattle World Tour co-founders, All Star Opera, are a collective of extraordinary and talented human beings. The seven-piece soulful hip-hop band blends elements from all the members’ diverse backgrounds to spread love and peace. They focus on uplifting and supporting their local community, creating an atmosphere at their shows that can be overwhelming in the best ways possible. These All Stars have been tucked away for the past couple of years perfecting their hip-hoperatic sound while working on their next album. In the meantime, you can get familiar with their music through their most recent songs “Smoke & Peace,” and “Gold Mind,” both of which were released in 2021.
Chinese American Bear
Real life married couple, Anne Tong and Bryce Barsten, have spent half of their respective lives getting to know each other on the deepest of levels. That romantic connection has developed into an eclectic mando-pop sound that fuses their backgrounds together. As the duo, Chinese American Bear, they write lyrics in both Mandarin and English. Although you may not know what they’re saying half of the time, their catchy and infectious songs are universally understood. Also, to be completely honest, these two are fucking adorable and seeing their love for each other expressed through their music is undeniably lovable.
Frond
Plant-based band, Frond, creates different soundscapes that provide a source of energy for their audience to photosynthesize with. The four-piece explores lush fields and dense forest foliage through their music. Frond sets the scene explaining, “thick and verdant, ethereal and interwoven, the four-piece entreats sensational examination. A lean toward, a long inhale. Your eyes and ears opened. The quartet blooms.” Their live show will give you the full experience but, in the meantime, you can chlory-”phyll” your ear drums with a couple of demos available on their Bandcamp.
Nobi
Never obey blind individuals; With his name alone, Nobi sums up his vibe as an artist. He uses his creativity as a vessel to talk about real world topics, more often than not, tackling the hard to discuss topics that force you to think for yourself. As of late, Nobi has been in his “Noir Ninja” phase producing songs with music videos that are steeped in these film noir vibes. His longtime collaborator, James Gerde helps capture that dark cinematic style of the early 20th century, creating a dynamic audio and visual experience. Although film noir often has a more dramatic, cynical energy, Nobi’s stage presence is far from that. He emits such a high energy that it can easily soak into your own body, jolting you with a big shot of his adrenaline that can fuel you for days to come.
