Ready to go back to real Americana music roots? Well, you’re in luck. The first-ever Sacred Rose Music Festival is coming to Seatgeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois this August 26-28th. They’ll be showcasing a bit of everything on three different stages all in one place. The name Sacred Rose itself references back to the Grateful Dead song “Ramble on Rose” and the 60s rock culture. Both are key influences in today’s jam band, rock, psychedelic, and funk music scene.
Unlike any other music festival, Sacred Rose Music Festival cultivates a new music experience through a combination of classic American sounds. Moreover, fans can expect to see a bit of everything old and new and all in between.
SeatGeek Stadium August 26-28th
This 3-day festival takes place August 26th-28th at SeatGeek Stadium, right outside Chicago in Bridgeview. This year’s lineup looks stellar with the Grateful Dead’s Phil Lesh, Indiana’s Umphrey’s McGee, and soon-to-be household name Margo Price all performing. A well-rounded group of artists opens with Phil Lesh and Friends (aka Philco) and ends with newcomer Karina Rykman.
A surprise addition to this festival is Sacred Rose’s “The Laser Dome” DJ set series. Taking place on all three days, fans will hear DJ Airwolf, Dead Inside, Mitch Please, Mark Zender, and more.
Access to these performances is all included in your general admission ticket. Festival tickets and multiple-day passes are now on sale. Prices are as low as single-day admission for 67$ ranging to a 3-day pass at $182. Grab a piece of your Americana rose pie while you can. Find ticket sales on this link.
